We are very pleased to announce that JMS Midlands are in the running for an award at the Midlands Residential Property Awards 2022. The event, now in its seventh year, will showcase the best projects and developers over the past 12 months.
The team have been put forward in the Small Residential Development of the Year category for their support on a bespoke five-home cul-de-sac, Laburnum Gardens. Civils Production Director Bhavin Parmar is over the moon that their hard work is being recognised at the highest level:
“I’m delighted we’re through to the finals at the the Midlands Residential Property Awards. We supported the developer with designs for the foundations and superstructure. And on the civils side, we designed private access SuDS and new vehicular access.”
“We’ve worked hard over recent years to create stunning new-build and renovation projects that are beautiful, environmentally-friendly and inclusive. This nomination is a testament to our commitment to creating excellent buildings that benefit those who live and work in them.”

While the finished development caught the eye of many prospective homeowners, it’s only thanks to the expertise and problem-solving abilities of the JMS team that the developer’s bold designs could move beyond the planning stage.
Andy Kenyon, Managing Director of JMS, is delighted to see that the Midlands team shortlisted for the awards:
“When we were first approached about this project, we knew it was going to be something special. It was a beautiful setting and we could already imagine what it would look like once it was finished.
“We drew up plans to divert a sewer through the site, and found ways to create retaining structures next to an existing footpath. It’s no surprise that these properties were snapped up by eager homeowners, because they’re absolutely amazing looking houses, in a beautiful setting.
We are thrilled that the work undertaken by the JMS Midlands team has been recognised by judges as an example of innovation and creativity.”
The winners will be announced at a black-tie dinner on Thursday 23 June 2022 at the Eastside Rooms, Birmingham.
