9 Craven Park - Stamford Hill

We are delighted to be working with Fount Construction Ltd and Osel Architects on this bespoke development in the London Borough of Haringey.

The project includes the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of a four-storey Mikvah – a much-needed facility for the local community.

The building will extend from a habitable basement to three levels over ground including a plant room at second floor level.

Once complete, the building will be fitted out with 44 private bathrooms and six Mikvah pools evenly distributed between the three lower floors.

Construction has already commenced with the installation of an unpropped contiguous piled perimeter retaining wall, capping beam and subsequent excavation to form the basement.

The superstructure will follow and be formed using reinforced concrete with JMS providing a full civil and structural design service.
